Welcome to Pin App. These Terms of Use ("Terms") constitute a legal agreement between you and Pin App ("we," "us," or "our"). By downloading, installing, accessing, or using our mobile application Pin App (the "App"), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the App. We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time, and your continued use of the App following any changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

Pin App is a mobile application designed to help users clear their minds before sleep by providing a platform for:

• Writing down thoughts, worries, and tasks
• Tracking mood and emotional patterns
• Viewing personal insights and analytics
• Maintaining a personal digital journal

All data is stored locally on your device, and we do not have access to your personal entries or mood data.

3. User Accounts and Registration

Pin App does not require user registration or account creation. The App operates entirely on your local device without the need for personal accounts, usernames, or passwords.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

• Use the App in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
• Use automated tools or bots to interact with the App
• Interfere with or disrupt the App's functionality
• Remove, alter, or obscure any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices
• Use the App to store illegal, harmful, or offensive content

5. Intellectual Property Rights

The App and all of its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Pin App and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms.

You retain full ownership of all content you create within the App, including journal entries, mood data, and any other personal information. Your content remains private and is stored locally on your device.

While we implement reasonable security measures, you acknowledge that no system is completely secure. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your device and any content stored within the App.

6.3 Data Backup

You are solely responsible for backing up your data. We are not responsible for any loss of data that may occur due to device malfunction, software updates, or other technical issues.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Pin App and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, or debt arising from your use of the App or violation of these Terms.

13. Termination

You may stop using the App at any time by simply deleting it from your device. We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time for any reason, including breach of these Terms.

Upon termination, all rights and licenses granted to you will immediately cease, and you must stop all use of the App.

14. Age Restrictions

The App is intended for users who are at least 13 years of age. If you are under 13, you may not use the App. If you are between 13 and 18 years of age, you may only use the App with the consent and supervision of a parent or legal guardian.

15. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction where Pin App is based, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the App shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that jurisdiction.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, such provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that these Terms shall otherwise remain in full force and effect.

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Pin App regarding the App and supersede all prior or contemporaneous communications and proposals.

18. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes by updating the "Effective Date" at the top of this page. Your continued use of the App after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
